Villa Paschalia began to be built in 2017 and just got finished in 2021. The Villa is located at Agios loannis beach and has 5 suites, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, gym lounge, office, swimming pool, sunbeds, and of course a spectacular view and sunset over the island of Delos considered The Sacred Island for the Greeks. This luxury brand-new villa was built to make their guests feel like living in their private paradise. There are incredible 360 sqm. (3.875saf.) in a ploat of 5.800 sqm. POOL AREA This great and refreshing swimming pool is one of jewels of the Villa and makes part of the beautiful view to the sea and the Delos Island. With comfortable sun beds and a big swing chair the quests will feel wonderful out or inside the pool. LIVING AREAS A luxury designed living room with a 65' TV and comfortable couch for 8 people and a dining room with table for 12 people with chairs specifically designed for Villa P! All that while enjoy a beautiful view of the Aegan Sea. SUITES 5 comfortable suites thought out in the last details with a beautiful view of the sea, 4 with double beds and 1 (kids room) with 2 single beds. To sleep or enjoy a great movie those suites matches a 5 star hotel room. There is also one indipendent studio in the outside area of the main house.
